CSD series - Aseptic centrifugal pump
Direct-drive aseptic centrifugal pump with an open impeller. The CSD series is equipped with a vapor barrier between the product and the atmosphere to ensure product integrity.
The system consists of two separate flushing/barrier systems: one using high-temperature water for the mechanical seal and one using steam at the pump’s product connections.

- Material: Wetted parts made of electropolished CF-3M/1.4404/AISI 316L stainless steel. Hastelloy C276, duplex SAF 2507, and Sanicro 28 are available upon request.
- Ra 0.5 micron available on request.
- Elastomer (FDA Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004): NBR, EPDM, Silicone, Special fluorocarbon seal (FPM - FKM), FEP, FFPM - FFKM.
- Connections according to EN1092-1 PN16 Flange suitable for all international standards.
- A range of options are available such as protective hoods, machine shoes, drains, double seals, ATEX etc.
