The CGV-L is a long-coupled vertical centrifugal pump designed to deliver high performance, maximum reliability and long life. The robust but compact design makes the pump easy to handle, install and maintain - even in harsh industrial environments.
Made entirely from high quality thermoplastics (PP, PVDF, PEHD), the CGV-L offers excellent chemical resistance, making it ideal for corrosive and aggressive media. With column lengths from 500 to 3000 mm, the pump offers great flexibility and can be adapted to different depths and process requirements.
The heavy-duty construction - with extra heavy-duty casing, reinforced shaft and solid base plate - ensures stable, vibration-free operation and long-term durability. The impeller is available in semi-open design for liquids with particles or closed design for high temperature applications, making the CGV-L suitable for many different processes.
Thanks to self-balancing impeller technology, high-performance plain bearings and an elastic coupling that compensates for axial misalignment, the pump runs smoothly and efficiently. The coupling design also allows the motor to be dismantled without removing the pump, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

TCD series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps for high temperatures ISO 2858
TCD centrifugal pump for thermal oil. The TCD pump series is specially designed to handle thermal fluids up to 320˚C without special cooling systems. In the active cooling version "XT" it is possible to pump diathermic fluids up to a temperature of 365 °C. A special thermal barrier chamber, located between the pump casing and the impeller, blocks the heat from the pumped product. The designers have designed the bearing with cooling fins to effectively dissipate the heat from the pump casing. This design allows the safe use of a standard, simple mechanical seal. The pump shaft is supported by oversized C3 series ball bearings and is oil lubricated. The pump casing and impeller are the same as the other pumps in the two smallest models of the TCH series. Pump dimensions and characteristics are in accordance with ISO 2858/DIN 24256 and are the same as for the corresponding TCH series models. The TCD/SP pump range has been specifically designed to handle vegetable oils. The design varies from the standard TCD series at the mechanical seal; An additional chamber has been added behind the mechanical seal. This chamber should be connected to a container containing oil compatible with the pumped liquid. This device avoids that in case of seal failure, the air can enter the pump and oxidize the oil or that oil from the bearing housing enters the pump housing or vice versa.
