TS series - Hygienic twin screw pump
The TS series is a completely newly developed series of hygienic twin screw pumps for applications where there are requirements for gentle product handling, high hygiene and ease of service.
This innovative design and technical solution is highly efficient, pulsation-free and reversible. It is CIP/SIP compliant and made entirely of stainless steel, with all wetted parts in solid SS316L.
The pump has Ultra Hygienic front-mounted seals and a unique Swedish-made modular sealing solution for high reliability and easy UH/FU.
The pump's heavy-duty gear unit enables the pump to be speed-controlled and serve as a CIP distribution pump, which gives you great advantages in avoiding external CIP pumps, by-pass systems and valves.
The TS pump is primarily designed for hygienic applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, but its many features and benefits make it ideal for most other process industries.
Requires extremely low NPSHr and handles product with admixture of air, particles and is self-priming.
Handles low and high viscosity product, CIP distribution and reversible flow in one pump.
Fitted as standard with IEC norm motors for a wide flow range.

Ideal for shear-sensitive, viscous products with soft particles, such as fruit and vegetables.
Soft cheese, ice cream, cream, gel, shampoo

- Flow rates up to 180 m3/h, pressure 16 bar
- Temperatures up to 140°C
- Materials: Made entirely of stainless steel, with all wetted parts in solid SS316L Ra≤0.8µm.
- Elastomer: FDA-certified liquid-affected profile gaskets instead of o-rings provide higher reliability and hygiene
- Construction according to EHEDG and all materials approved and certified according to 3A, EU Reg. 1935/2004 and FDA.
- Options: CSF is a very flexible manufacturer with a range of options for application customization.
