Conductivity sensors
PendoTECH Disposable Conductivity Sensors™ and Conductivity Monitor are integrated for highly accurate conductivity and temperature measurements without the need for sensor calibration.
All sensors have a predetermined cell constant that is fed into the monitor. For use in critical bioprocessing operations, the sensor monitor reads conductivity and temperature for two sensors. The monitor has a mS/cm temperature adjustment that normalizes conductivity measurements to 25°C. The monitor has 4 - 20mA outputs for both conductivity and temperature and an RS232 output for data acquisition to a PC.
- Range: 0.1 to 100 mS/cm
- Accuracy from:
- 0,1 to 2 mS/cm ± 0,1 mS/cm;
- 2 to 50 mS/cm ± 5% of the measured value;
- 50 to 100 mS/cm usually ± 5% of the measured value
- Pressure rating: 75 psi (5 bar)
- Materials in the fluid path are:
- Compatible with gamma radiation (up to 50 kiloGray)
- NaOH-resistant
- USP Class VI
- Temperature measurement for normalization of the monitor
- No calibration required due to the predetermined cell constant; in the range of 0 to 70°C and single point calibration by users is optional
- Designed for single-use applications; can be cleaned and reused repeatedly
