MicroCNX™ series quick couplers

The MicroCNX™ series introduces a new category of aseptic microcouplings that offer a simple and effective method of connecting tubing for small format biomanufacturing systems.

The “PINCH-CLICK-PULL” design of the MicroCNX allows small volumes of media to be transferred quickly and easily with less risk of operator error. The coupling's genderless and robust design ensures reliable performance without the need for clamps, brackets or hose welds. Process engineers and operators choose MicroCNX aseptic micro couplings as the modern alternative to the cumbersome industrial process of hose welding.

  • Membrane: Hydrophobic polyethersulfone, USP Class VI, ADCF
  • Connection size: 1/16″, 3/32″ and 1/8″ ID hose connector (1.6 mm, 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm)
  • Gamma sterilization: Up to 50 kGy irradiation
  • Autoclave sterilization: One cycle up to 266°F (130°C) for 60 minutes
