T.VIS® E-20 Control Terminal
The T.VIS® E-20 is specially designed to meet the requirements of the fluid processing industry and to provide protection against dust explosions. In addition, all components in this control unit are highly standardized. This ensures the simplest and most time-efficient operation with high reliability and safety.
The technology in the T.VIS® E-20 is based on two separate, magnet-based sensors that are combined into a single sensor module. They are used for limit position detection and provide corresponding feedback signals to the plant’s automation system. The sensor module also provides the optional connection for the pilot solenoid valves to control the valve actuators.

The T.VIS® E-20 comes standard with two position sensors integrated into a compact module. The LED lights, which are also integrated, enable status identification via the illuminated dome built into the control head. The customer’s required wiring to the necessary operating equipment—and thus the intrinsically safe operation of the control head—is achieved through direct wiring to internal spring-loaded terminals, both for the feedback signals and for the valve actuations. To protect the built-in pilot valves, there is a replaceable air filter in the compressed air connection.
Inductive sensor system – The valve's end positions (rest position and fully open position) are detected by two manually adjustable sensors.
The sensors are mounted on the control block and can be adjusted individually over the entire stroke of the valve using two threaded spindles integrated into the sensor module.

- green: valve in the unoperated position
- yellow: valve at end position
