The pump is ideal for highly aggressive and abrasive media thanks to its robust design with check valves. The Versamatic Valor is an air-powered diaphragm pump featuring low air consumption, high capacity, and a service-friendly design. Its innovative center section simplifies service and maintenance, while the design ensures very low air consumption relative to its capacity. The Valor features a newly developed, patented air motor design with a combined air motor/pilot valve. Its class-leading low air consumption reduces operating costs. It also features a patented valve ball control system that contributes to increased efficiency.

DEBEM AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER is a hygienic, compressed-air-driven diaphragm pump for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other hygienic applications. The series is certified according to MOCA, ATEX, and FDA standards. The pumps feature a patented drive assembly and are certified to industry standards such as 3-A and MOCA. They are designed for standard washing and cleaning processes such as CIP, SIP, and COP. The pump features a system that allows it to be rotated to completely drain liquid from both chambers. The pumps are suitable for handling liquids in the food and beverage industry, the cosmetics industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and the hair care industry. The SANIBOXER version is 3-A certified and equipped with sensors that detect diaphragm failure to prevent contamination during operation.

The Dominator soft-start valve is an accessory for air-operated diaphragm pumps that provides the pump with a smooth and controlled acceleration. The valve reduces shock loads on the diaphragm and other moving parts. A soft start also reduces the risk of vibration damage to piping systems and their fittings. The risk of cavitation in the pump is also reduced with a softer start, especially when pumping high-viscosity products.
