A unique, self-draining and internally mounted seal provides longer life in applications such as WFI/PW, CIP and solvents. The pumps are service friendly. This newly developed and innovative mini centrifugal pump is specifically designed for smaller flows in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where traditional centrifugal pumps are not sufficient. The pump achieves high efficiency through its specially designed turbine impeller and unique 300-degree inlet and outlet. It offers outstanding installation flexibility with adjustable inlets and outlets and the possibility of reversible flow. It has a hygienic design and is made from solid SS316L steel. We recommend the CP series especially for applications such as PW/WFI loops in laboratory and pilot departments. It is also suitable for transferring buffer solutions and precise dosing of chemicals and solvents.

The CR series is a centrifugal pump with helical impeller and casing, specifically designed for the gentle handling of delicate liquids containing large soft particles or contaminants. The design combines the advantages of a centrifugal pump with the gentle characteristics of a displacement pump. Thanks to their ability to handle high solids content products in a very gentle way, CR series pumps are ideal for food processing. They are particularly suitable for handling fruit and vegetables, soups and sauces, cereals, fish transport, food pastes, oils and wine recirculation. The pump is equipped with an externally supported shaft that allows the use of IEC standard motors. It also has balanced internal mechanical seals that are front mounted for easy maintenance.

The CN series is a hygienic centrifugal pump in a simpler design, especially adapted for the food, brewery and pharmaceutical industries. The pump is part of a block-mounted series of six models, all equipped with open impeller, independent shaft and IEC standard motor. The design has been optimized to ensure a high level of hygiene by eliminating product residues and dead-legs. This enables efficient cleaning with standard CIP methods and sterilization processes with SIP. The internal surfaces of the pump are polished to a surface finish of 0.8 micron as standard, with the option of 0.5 micron on request.

The CL/CLC series is a sanitary centrifugal pump, ideal for use in the food industry, breweries, CIP processes, cosmetics and simple chemical applications. This model is available in a wide range of variants, with both open and closed impellers. The pumps can be equipped with 2- or 4-pole motors, making it flexible for a variety of applications. The design with hand nuts and clamps makes it easy to disassemble the pump for inspection and cleaning of its internal parts. The wetted parts are made of forged and electropolished stainless steel, AISI 316. Maintenance is simplified by the availability of spare parts in preventive maintenance kits.
