Sigma - Plate heat exchangers hygiene and industry
Sigma is a standard gasketed plate heat exchanger with gaskets in many different materials depending on temperature and media. These plate heat exchangers are ideal for all types of industries.
Sigma gasketed plate heat exchangers are a series with a wide range of applications such as heating, cooling, heat recovery, evaporation and condensation. Since the range of applications is extremely wide, you will find this type in, for example, breweries, food production, pharmaceutical production, process industry, or in cooling and heating plants.
- Flows up to 4000m³/h.
- Pressure range from vacuum to 30bar.
- Temperatures from -29°C - 200°C.
- Unique corrugation pattern is pressed on each plate and provides the highest overall heat transfer rate by ensuring turbulent flow and excellent fluid distribution over the entire surface.
- Highest quality gaskets that precisely fit the plate tracks for effective sealing and easy maintenance.
- Superior clip-on gasket design ensures proper fit during closure of the device.
- Available in hygienic design. FDA and USP VI approved materials on request.
- Available with many types of connections as desired.
- API proprietary gaskets with easier fastening.
- Available with SIGMA Coat Teflon coated NBR or EPDM.
- Packing material as required.
