Sigmadual - Plate heat exchangers for industrial processes
Sigmadual is a combined module laser welded and gasket sealed plate heat exchanger for increased product separation safety. This type is useful in all types of industry but especially process and refrigeration.
- Flows up to 2000m³/h
- Pressure range from vacuum to 35bar
- Temperatures from -29°C to 200°C
- The product side is sealed by laser welding around the flow channels and round gaskets at the inlet and outlet.
- Double welds ensure product separation
- The modular design offers high flexibility.
- Connections 3″ to 14″- Studded or Flanged
- Can be supplied according to PED or ASME Sec. III Div.1 UG-11(c).
