The CDB series quick-connect fittings are a key component in liquid cooling systems for data centers. The series has been developed and optimized as a blind-connect solution for CDU units in modular pump and sidecar configurations. The couplings are particularly well-suited for the quick replacement of larger pumps or CDU units in confined spaces.
The design features a floating element that compensates for misalignment that may occur as a result of accumulated tolerances.
The connectors are made of high-quality stainless steel and are available with several different connection types for use in applications such as rack distributors, flexible hoses, and IT equipment.
Parker's CDB products are assembled and tested in a cleanroom environment to minimize the risk of contamination. Finished products undergo helium leak testing in accordance with established specifications to ensure reliable assembly and high quality.
