UHP PFA/PTFE Thermocouple Sensor Assembly - TS Series
The TS Series PFA/PTFE thermocouple sensor assembly is suitable for point-of-use temperature monitoring in ultra-high-purity (UHP) fluid handling systems. It offers very high corrosion resistance and is designed for use with any 1/8-inch diameter thermocouple probe.

The TS Series is a fluoropolymer thermocouple sensor unit designed for point-of-use temperature monitoring in fluid handling systems, including ultra-high-purity (UHP) semiconductor manufacturing systems. The unit’s media-contacting components are made of high-purity PFA and PTFE, ensuring a long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, and compatibility with a wide range of aggressive process media.
The unit comes with a PFA-coated thermocouple with a 10-mil coating, but can also be equipped with an optional 1/8-inch probe to meet specific system requirements. The probe is inserted through a specially designed assembly that positions it directly in the flow. The design features minimal dead volume and few areas where media or particles can accumulate, making it particularly suitable for UHP applications in cleanroom environments where high purity is essential.
The TS Series thermocouple sensor unit is available in angled or straight-through flow configurations. Connection sizes range from 1/4 to 1 inch and can be equipped with Parbond, Parflare, or Redi-flare connections. These connections reduce assembly and installation time while ensuring a leak-tight connection for reliable operation in clean environments.
