MilkMax
A rubber hose specially designed for high fat products such as milk, cream, butter and vegetable/animal oils. It is both robust and flexible, making it ideal for dairy applications.
Made of NBR rubber, the hose offers excellent resistance to oils and grease. NBR rubber is also durable and has low permeability, protecting against contamination.
For the customer, this means a safe and reliable solution that maintains product quality, minimizes the risk of leakage and contamination, and reduces maintenance costs through long service life.
- ID sizes: 3/4″ - 4″ (19mm - 100mm)
- Temperatures between -20°C and +90°C
- Pressure up to 10 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth white NBR rubber inside and synthetic rubber outside
- Very flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and sterilization up to +130°C for max 30 minutes
- Fulfills: FDA and BRF
- Free from Animal Derivatives and Phthalates
