Tygon® XL-60
Tygon® XL-60 from Saint-Gobain is a transparent hose for peristaltic pumps, designed for dispensing food and beverages. With a hardness of 60 Shore A, the tubing is highly flexible and durable, which helps reduce downtime caused by tubing failure.
The hose has a pump service life of over 500 hours and is a high-performance alternative to silicone and PVC when a longer service life is required. It offers good resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight, and chemicals, as well as to a wide range of liquids, including acids and bases.
Tygon® XL-60 remains flexible down to -40 °C (-40 °F) and is temperature-resistant up to +121 °C (+250 °F). Its transparent design makes it easy to monitor fluid flow.
