The three-port design of the Steam-Thru connection allows steam to pass directly through the lower ports to ”steam on” stainless steel equipment. Once the SIP cycle is complete, the connection's valve is activated, creating a sterile flow path to disposable systems.

Steam-Thru II connections offer flexibility with both ”steam on” and ”steam off” functionality. The innovative design allows the valve to be reset to the steam position, enabling a second SIP cycle after media transfer. ”Steam off” disconnection of disposable systems minimizes the risk of cross-contamination associated with reusable components.
