Drinks Crush Proof
A flexible hose, specially designed for the transportation of beer, cider, high quality wines and soft drinks.
The inside is completely free of plasticizers, phthalates and animal derivatives, reducing the risk of bacterial growth and contamination. The crush-proof design allows the hose to return to its original shape after compression, ensuring functionality even in demanding environments.
For the customer, this means a safe solution for handling sensitive beverages, ensuring product quality. It reduces the risk of downtime and costs, saving time and money.
- ID sizes: 1” - 2 ½”″ (38mm - 65mm)
- Temperatures between -40°C and +100°C
- Pressure up to 10 bar and full vacuum
- Butyl rubber (BIIR) inside and low friction synthetic rubber outside
- Pleated exterior for high flexibility, weave reinforcement and synthetic spiral
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and sterilization up to +130°C for max 30 minutes
- Complies with: FDA
- Free from Animal Derivatives and Phthalates
