Silicone hose with insert
Silicone hose with inserts suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries, liquids, machinery and cooling systems.
- Inner tube: Taste and odorless silicone elastomer. Peroxide cured
- Reinforcement: Reinforced with polyester inserts.
- Outer tube: Taste and odorless silicone elastomer. Peroxide cured.
- Characteristics: The hose is ozone, ageing and food resistant. Care should be taken when installing the hose, as the tear strength is relatively low. Normally stocked in red. For orders of at least 500 m/dim. Other colors can also be obtained.
- Hardness: ca 70+5 shore.
- Tested in accordance with: *BfR XV silicone, *FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and *UPS Class VI. Also available as transparent.
- Temperature range: -60°C - +160°C.
