Pompetravainis’ TCH series is a chemical-grade centrifugal pump developed in accordance with ISO 5199 Class II and sized according to ISO 2858/DIN 24256. The result is a flexible, modular centrifugal pump designed to meet the high demands of the process, petrochemical, and chemical industries. These pumps are the result of Pompetravainis’ ongoing research and development. They are also based on the extensive experience gained through many years of use of the previous MCU-CH series in countless installations and applications.

The TCD series is a centrifugal pump designed for thermal oil and high temperatures. The series is also available in a TCD/SP version for vegetable oils, featuring a customized sealing solution that reduces the risk of oxidation and contamination.

The TCHM and TCTM series from Pompetravaini are robust and reliable monoblock pumps based on the TCH series. The pumps are designed for the chemical industry and general industry, where high efficiency, operational reliability, and a competitive total cost of ownership are key requirements. The series is available with a closed impeller (TCHM) or a vortex impeller (TCTM), making the pumps suitable for both clean and contaminated liquids. Typical applications include the chemical industry, the petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food processing, pulp and paper, and general industry.

The TCT series is a centrifugal pump with an open vortex impeller, designed for handling liquids containing suspended solids or fibers, as well as slurry and viscous media. The pump is based on the design of the TCH series and uses several common components, which simplifies maintenance and reduces the need for spare parts. The vortex principle ensures that the fluid is handled by the swirling motion generated by the impeller, resulting in gentle handling of contaminated and particulate-laden media.

The TCA series is a chemically rated centrifugal pump with a fully open impeller, designed for handling abrasive liquids, suspensions, and media containing solid particles. The impeller rotates between two replaceable wear plates, providing excellent wear resistance and easy maintenance in the event of prolonged wear. The pump is based on the TCH series design and uses several common components, which simplifies maintenance and reduces the need for spare parts. The TCA series is suitable for demanding industrial applications where an open impeller and robust construction are required.
