TCHM/TCTM series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps in compact design ISO 2858
The TCHM and TCTM series from Pompetravaini are robust and reliable monoblock pumps based on the TCH series. The pumps are designed for the chemical industry and general industry, where high efficiency, operational reliability, and a competitive total cost of ownership are key requirements.
The series is available with a closed impeller (TCHM) or a vortex impeller (TCTM), making the pumps suitable for both clean and contaminated liquids. Typical applications include the chemical industry, the petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food, pulp and paper, and general industry.
- Manufactured in accordance with ISO 2858 and ISO 5199.
- Monoblock design with IEC B5 standard motors.
- Directly coupled motor without a flexible coupling and without the need for alignment.
- Maintaining the right alignment helps reduce maintenance costs and extend service life.
- An integrated shaft bearing in the intermediate section reduces axial and radial loads on the electric motor.
- Lower loads result in less wear on rotating components and increased reliability.
- High hydraulic efficiency and low NPSH requirements.
- Closed impeller for clean liquids, or vortex impeller for contaminated liquids.
- Capacity: flow rates up to 500 m³/h and pressures up to 10 bar.
- Temperature range: -30 to +140 °C, depending on pressure and material selection.
- Materials: Parts in contact with liquids are available in various material combinations, such as cast iron, ductile iron, AISI 316/ASTM CF-8M, ASTM CN7M, Incoloy 825, and Hastelloy C. Special materials are available upon request.
- Shaft seals: internally mounted mechanical shaft seals in various material combinations in accordance with ISO 3069 and EN 12756.
- Connections: flanges in accordance with UNI 2223-2229 PN 16.
- Optional features: ATEX-compliant design and other application-specific options.
