Versilon™ FEP-F
Versilon™ FEP-F from Saint-Gobain is a flexible, high-temperature hose designed for dispensing food and beverages. The hose is transparent, offers high strength, and has been specifically developed for use at high temperatures or in corrosive environments.
The hose is resistant to corrosion from acidic foods and aromatic oils, which can otherwise break down other types of plastic hoses.
Versilon™ FEP-F is also suitable for dispensing hot beverages, such as coffee and tea, with a low risk of flavor transfer. This is due to the hose’s low content of extractable substances and low moisture absorption. In addition, the hose resists cracking at temperatures as low as -250 °C, making it suitable for use in freezer cases and with dry ice.

Thanks to its robust reinforcement, the hose can be used at elevated working pressures. It can also withstand repeated CIP and SIP cycles, making it suitable for processes where the hose is cleaned and sterilized repeatedly.
