Our transportation is crucial to our business, ensuring that customers receive the right item at the right time. As logistics chains around the world become more complex, we need both accuracy and flexibility to deliver on our promises. That's why, in the fall of 2025, we undertook a major review of our entire transportation solution. The goal was simple: we wanted to gain better control of deliveries, be able to plan more long-term and make everyday life smoother for both us and our customers.
A clearer transport structure that creates long-term stability
To achieve our goals and streamline our flows, we decided to redesign our entire transportation setup. After a thorough evaluation, we ended up with new contracts with three selected carriers: one for domestic, one for export and one that takes care of all our imports.
The aim of the new structure is to:
- Reduce shipping costs: By pooling our volumes with fewer operators, we get better and more competitive conditions.
- Simplify booking: With fewer systems and fixed contact persons, digital management becomes much more efficient.
- Create a more stable and predictable supply flow: With dedicated partners, we guarantee high delivery precision, even during peak seasons.
The clearer structure gives us a completely different basis for planning. It makes it easier for us to stay one step ahead and avoid unnecessary stops, long waiting times and expensive express deliveries.
From agreements to everyday life: our continued teamwork
Reducing energy use is not about a single measure, but about Signing an agreement is one thing, but making it work in practice is the real challenge. Since the new contracts came into force, we have been working hard to weld our own departments together.
Today, warehouses, purchasing, sales and customer service are working together more closely than ever to:
- Automate booking flows: We link our systems with those of the carriers to avoid manual duplication and reduce the risk of errors.
- Develop clear and consistent instructions: Everyone in the chain should know exactly how to pack, label and notify goods.
- Building solid routines: We create ways of working that last in everyday life, no matter how heavy the workload.
This is a work in progress that requires both time and commitment. It is hoped that each small step will contribute to more secure deliveries and more stable internal planning over time.

What it means in practice for us and for our customers
As our internal processes become clearer and more automated, the risk of errors and duplication is reduced. It allows us to ensure that the right item is sent immediately, without delays.
For our customers, this means:
- Less waiting time and higher reliability.
- Fewer unexpected stoppages in your production or operations.
- A safe, transparent and more predictable delivery experience.
For our suppliers and transport partners, this means:
- Better forward planning and more stable booking windows.
- Clearer forecasts that facilitate their own capacity planning.
- Simpler and more time-efficient communication.
Taking full control of the entire door-to-door logistics chain ultimately means that we can offer an even higher level of service and a more secure business partner for you.
Together we create a stronger and more sustainable flow
We look forward to further developing this cooperation and creating an even stronger flow together with our customers and partners.
This work is also an important part of our sustainability efforts. Once the foundations are in place, we can focus even more on optimizing our routes and reducing unnecessary transport. This will create better conditions for reducing both our carbon dioxide emissions and our use of resources in the long term.
