SaniQuik™ series quick couplings
CPC SaniQuik™ connection is the solution to integrate disposable components with your existing stainless steel process equipment. This integrated sanitary connection attaches to fixed piping systems with tri-clover clamps.
Once attached, it allows for quick and easy connection to disposable bag systems, manifolds or hose kits with Colder disposable couplings.
- Connection sizes: ¾” and 1½” sanitary
- Pressure: Vacuum to 60 psi, 4.14 bar
- Temperature: -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 149°C)
- Sterilization: Autoclave
- Main components: Stainless steel 316L
- Seals: Silicone (clear), platinum cured, USP Class VI, ADCF
- ¾” and 1½” sanitary connections connect to fixed piping systems with standard sanitary gaskets and tri-clover clamps
- Compatibility with MPC and MPX series and Back-to-Back adapters allows for quick and easy connections to industry standard plastic couplings on disposable bag and hose sets
- Integrated coupling adapter reduces the need to replace sanitary gaskets when disconnecting
- BSE/TSE-free materials meet ADCF requirements
